I have been privileged to work with some fantastic clients and meet some interesting personalities over the years.


I have been personal training all levels, ages and abilities of clients since 1996. In that time some of my clients have included Raddison & Rennaisance Hotels, Golds gym, Amida health & Raquets club and La Fitness. I have worked with private clients in training studios all over London. I have worked extensively in all levels of football including premier league – both with individual players, managers and clubs themselves. I have worked all levels of golfers from junior scholars at Wentworth up to teaching professionals and tour pros.  I have co presented at Fitpro, LIW and FIBO golf, football conditioning, rehab techniques and work as a consultant for Performance Health Systems and co wrote the education for Powerplate Golf.

I was fortunate enough to spend a few days with Andy over Summer 2013. His knowledge of the body and also how everything integrates to produce movement was second to none. I learnt a lot that has definitely helped my coaching and really opened my eyes to how to keep developing as a coach. Andy made complicated issues appear very simple to understand through his creativity and as a result I was able to learn quickly. The exercises I got as a result of our screening also enabled me to improve functioning with my body, so I would definite recommend to golfers looking to improve or stay injury free!

I first went to see Andy back in December 2013.
My first two sessions were intensive 3-hour assessments that were cut up into two separate days (90 minutes each day). These included a full body assessment of areas that restrict my golf swing and some exercises using the extremely helpful, PowerPlate.
 
I have been training on the plan for nearly 2 months now and it has helped me tremendously. I can already see an improvement in the fundamentals of my swing. I also feel fit and strong.
 
Andy’s knowledge of the body is second to none. I can be quite curious when it comes to working on my body but Andy gives me a specific reason and why it will help down the line and that’s fulfilling.
 
I have a great partnership with Andy. He keeps up to date with me and also inquires as to how I’m doing.
 
I highly recommend any sportsman or women to see Andy for improvements to your game and fitness.

Andy has been the biggest help to my football career to date with helping me keep fit and getting to know how my body actually works. I started seeing Andy at the end of the 2011 season off the back of suffering from numerous ankle injuries and 5 hamstring injuries in 1 season. ​I have known Andy for the past 5 years and I have worked with him assessing, formulating prehab and rehab programmes for professional footballers. I have also made use of Andys knowledge of football periodisation programmes. Indeed last year together with our youth coach he directed the training.
